Communication System
In order to enable communication between the components of a gas management system and other third party systems, PSI AG developed a high-quality communication system (PSIComCentre) especially tailored to the needs of the gas industry.
The system supports the next generation of gas business messaging and the maintenance of existing ones in a flexible way. Due to the liberalisation of the energy market and the expected increase in trade activities, communication features such as short reaction times and contract handling are becoming very important.
For this reason, the message format used in the gas industry has been standardised and is now used as an accepted standard format. PSIComCentre is able to handle these Edig@s messages.
PSIComCentre has a modular system architecture enabling the system to be customised according to the customer's requirements. In addition, special attention was also paid for the provision of a high-speed Internet connection.
