PSI Awarded Another Control System Order from the Gazprom Group

Berlin, 22 May 2007 - PSI AG has been awarded a contract for the OOO Kubangazprom in Krasnodar by the Moscow-based OOO Gazkomplektimpex. This order, the volume of which is in the single-digit million range, represents the second time since 2006 that PSI has been awarded a contract directly from the Gazprom Group.

The current order concludes the delivery of a total of five process control systems for varying control levels for OAO Gazprom pipelines by PSI as the primary contractor and previously in a consortium with Siemens AG. The control systems delivered by PSI allow for the complete monitoring and control of the pipeline both on site in Krasnodar as well as by the main Gazprom dispatching center in Moscow.

PSI AG develops and integrates individual solutions, on the basis of its own software, for energy management (electricity, gas, oil, heating, water), cross-company production management (steel, machinery, automotive, logistics) and infrastructure management for transport, safety and telecommunications. PSI was founded in 1969 and employs more than 1,000 persons in the group.
