PSI Concludes Partnership Agreement with Russian IKT Group

Sales and Service Partnership for Russia and Eastern Europe

Berlin, Moscow, 8 November 2006 - PSI AG has concluded a sales and service partnership with the Russian-based IKT Group. IKT is a leading Russian systems integrator with outstanding contacts in PSI’s most important target industries in Russia and Eastern Europe. Within the framework of the partnership, the IKT Group will market PSI solutions via its existing sales channels and provide supplementary services.

 

The partnership will give IKT access to PSI’s leading business solutions focusing on the fields of energy, manufacturing and logistics. For PSI, the partnership opens up additional growth potential in the important target markets of Eastern Europe, in which the specialized software vendor is already represented with customers such as Gazprom, Lukoil or National Logistics Company. Thus the partnership with IKT is an important milestone within the framework of the PSI Group’s core business and internationalisation strategy.
