PSI General Meeting Elects New Capital Representatives to Supervisory Board
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Rolf Windmöller new Chairman, Wilfried Götze new Deputy Chairman
Berlin, 28 April 2008 – In the ordinary General Meeting of the PSI Aktiengesellschaft on 25 April 2008, Wilfried Götze und Bernd Haus were elected to the PSI AG Supervisory Board as new shareholder representatives. The Supervisory Board members nominated for re-election, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Rolf Windmöller and Karsten Trippel were reconfirmed for an additional period. In the subsequent constitutive meeting Prof. Dr.-Ing. Rolf Windmöller was elected Chairman and Wilfried Götze Deputy Chairman. Barbara Simon and Dr. Ralf Becherer continue to represent the employees in the six-member Supervisory Board.
The former Board Chairman Christian Brunke (66) and the PSI co-founder Wolfgang Dedner (70) have not run for the Supervisory Board again after six years. PSI is grateful to thank them for their longstanding commitment to the positive development of the company.
PSI AG develops and integrates individual solutions, on the basis of its own software, for the management of energy networks (electricity, gas, oil, water, heat), cross-company production management (steel, mechanical engineering, automotive, logistics) and infrastructure management for telecommunications, transport and safety. PSI was founded in 1969 and currently employs more than 1,000 persons in the group.
